- **Responsibilities**:_
- Design and create a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop innovative and unique recipes that align with our menu and brand.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastries and desserts are exceptional.
- Manage inventory and control costs by efficiently utilizing ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute dessert menus.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff members.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry station.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients.
- Creative and artistic approach to pastry making.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Formal culinary education or certification is preferred.
