**Summary**:
We are seeking a talented **Bakery/Pastry Sous Chef** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to showcase their expertise in baking and pastry arts while assisting in managing the bakery operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Production**: Prepare and design high-quality baked goods and pastries, ensuring creativity and consistency in presentation and taste.
- **Operational Support**: Assist the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise junior staff, provide training, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet the café's quality and hygiene standards, following health and safety regulations.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate in creating seasonal menus, introducing innovative baked goods and desserts that align with the café’s brand.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a bakery/pastry setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A passion for creating exceptional baked goods and desserts with attention to detail.
- Culinary certification or equivalent training in pastry arts is preferred.

**What We Offer**:

- **Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹65,000/month.
- **Additional Benefits**: Provident Fund (PF), staff meals, and a share of tips/service charges.
