We are currently seeking a motivated and target-driven Telecaller Executive with sales experience to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Calls**:Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting the company’s products/services.
- **Sales Pitching**:Effectively pitch the company's offerings, tailoring the message based on the client’s needs and pain points.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects, provide product information, answer questions, and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- **Market Insights**:Gather feedback and market intelligence to assist in refining the sales strategy and improving service offerings.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics to the team lead or manager.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in B2B or B2C sales).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- **Persuasion**:Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence purchasing decisions.
- **Customer-Centric**:Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telephony systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
