**Job Description: Customer Engagement Associate**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and concise written communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide a positive and empathetic client experience.
- Keep clients informed of updates and solutions regarding their queries.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issues.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- **Equipment**: Must have own laptop.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in client support, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Hazratganj Branch, Lucknow.
- **Timings**: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 per month.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time.
