**Customer Experience Intern**

**Location: Noida Sector 59, Hybrid**

**Job Type: Internship**

As a Customer Experience Intern at LeadMint Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless user experience for our app users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support and promptly and professionally address user queries, concerns, and feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.

**3. User Engagement**:Proactively engage with users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

**4. Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of user interactions, feedback, and resolutions systematically.

**5. Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and user-centric product improvements.

**6. Review Management**:Respond to reviews on platforms like Playstore and others to address user concerns and provide valuable information.

**7. Push Notification Creation**:Develop engaging push notifications to encourage user interaction and retention.

**8. Social Media Content Calendar**:Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging presence on various platforms.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Creative mindset with a knack for social media content creation
- Previous experience in social media management is a plus

**Benefits**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
