We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service throughout their journey with us. **Job Overview**:
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the electric vehicle sector, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, providing technical and product information, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. You will act as a bridge between the company and customers, offering personalized service, solving issues, and ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction & Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding electric vehicles, their features, pricing, and any post-sale issues.
- Provide product demonstrations, helping customers understand the technology behind electric vehicles, including charging infrastructure, battery performance, and maintenance needs.
- Assist customers in navigating through the purchase process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- **Sales & Lead Conversion**:

- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion by qualifying prospects and engaging in consultative sales discussions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate EV models, financing options, and value-added services that align with their requirements.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to enhance their experience and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Customer Retention & Satisfaction**:

- Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues related to vehicle performance, charging infrastructure, or service needs.
- Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service, follow-ups, and introducing them to new features or upcoming product launches.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers, contributing to product and service improvements.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Actively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with technical teams and service departments to resolve product-related issues or technical inquiries.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and market trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with an ability to understand and address customer needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
