Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients. Your focus will be on addressing customer queries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:

- Handle all customer inquiries with prompt and professional responses, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Be the voice of the customer, resolving concerns and providing timely updates on their storage or relocation needs.

2. Logistics Coordination:

- Track pickups and drop-offs, coordinating with internal logistics teams to guarantee timely service.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and logistics teams, keeping customers informed of progress.

3. NPS (Net Promoter Score) Tracking:

- Actively track and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customers’ feedback is documented and addressed to enhance service quality

4. Customer Engagement:

- Serve as the primary touchpoint for customers throughout their storage journey—from the initial pickup to the final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.

5. Customer Follow-up:

- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with the service and gather feedback for improvements.
- Encourage positive reviews and referrals by providing exceptional customer service at every step.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with logistics or storage services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and handle queries professionally and efficiently.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
