**We are hiring for Customer Relationship Executive for Teleperformance Noida Location**

A customer relationship executive's job description typically includes:

- Providing customer service: Exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent service
- Resolving complaints: Responding to customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Building relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
- Communicating: Collecting and communicating customer feedback, and coordinating internal and external communication
- Keeping records: Recording customer complaints and issues, and updating databases with information on queries and resolutions
- Advising customers: Providing information on services, and helping customers make selections
- Upselling and cross-selling: Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling
- Organizing meetings: Organizing meetings with managers to develop strategic plans
- Conducting business reviews: Conducting business reviews regularly using CRM programs

Salary : 13000.00-22000.00 p. m
