**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Relationship**to join our dynamic team. The person will act as a key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring an excellent customer experience, timely order processing, and ongoing client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (pre-sale and post-sale)
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Handle order processing, documentation, and status updates to customers
- Resolve complaints, track service issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and service issues in CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement strategies
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for service improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the windows, doors, or fenestration industry
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and basic technical understanding of glass and aluminum systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
