**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Give the client regular status of their on going order from order receiving to delivery and payment updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solution as per the situation.
- Collaborate with internal production team to serve the client in the best possible way.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
