Deliver scripted talks that describe the company's products or services
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Creative and ability to articulate the product details clearly
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Good with google search and MS office skills
- Multilinguistic, English is MUST and additional two or three Indian languages
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma, BSc/Ba is a plus
