**About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic **Customer Service Executives proficient in Telugu** to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Telugu, along with basic English as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in **Telugu language**.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on pending requests.
- Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and service quality**.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments.
- Meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Telugu** (spoken and written).
- Good communication in **English** is an added advantage.
- **Graduate** in any stream.
- Prior **customer service / call center / BPO experience** preferred, but **freshers can also apply**.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in **rotational shifts** if required.
