Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting research on potential clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
- Schedule appointments and meetings for outside sales representatives to close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve sales performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales in IT staffing services
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Work Location: Remote

Work Timings: Monday to Friday (6:30 pm to 4:00 am IST)

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
