Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Gurgaon

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.
- Assist clients and visitors in managing their meetings with designated staff members.
- Notify team members of guest arrivals and ensure timely coordination of appointments.
- Make travel bookings and arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate itineraries and provide necessary travel documents.
- Assist the team in organising and supporting company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide logístical and administrative support as needed.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective client management techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
