Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
Process and file documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Assist with data entry and updating information in various systems.
Office Management:
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
Oversee and manage office protocols and procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Customer and Client Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints professionally.
