**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**:

- Welcome guests and provide them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- **Managing Phone Calls**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and office databases.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle complaints and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- **Organization**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.

**Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹9,352.20 - ₹22,526.61 per month
