**Job Overview**
**Position Summary**:
The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they reach the intended recipient.
- **Office Administration Support**:
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support team members with ad hoc tasks, including photocopying and scanning.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Provide basic information about company services and policies.
- Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal departments when needed.
- Update and maintain internal contact lists and directories.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- **Attributes**:
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
