We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Satya Skin & Hair Solutions. This role involves managing the reception area, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception & Patient Interaction**:

- Welcome and greet patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Register new patients, verify identification, and update existing patient records.
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, appointments, and pricing.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments based on doctors' availability.
- Coordinate appointments efficiently to minimize patient wait times and maximize operational flow.
- Handle cancellations or changes in the schedule with clear communication.
- **Billing & Payments**:

- Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage billing records.
- Assist with payment processing and maintain daily records of transactions.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly reconciliation.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain clinic records, patient files, and appointment logs accurately and securely.
- Prepare and manage documents, forms, and reports as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensure the reception area is tidy, and manage office equipment.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist the medical and clinical team in coordinating patient procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with clinic policies.
- Support the marketing team by providing client feedback and insights for service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or front desk role is preferred, especially within a clinic or hospital setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with a polite and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic familiarity with clinic management software.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
