Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Maintain client records and update databases as required.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical staff and assist in the smooth operation of clinic procedures.
- Handle any client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area and clinic environment is clean and organized.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and promotional activities when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinic management software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge or experience in a healthcare/clinic environment is a plus.
