**Job Overview**: The Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the reception area, providing administrative support to various departments, handling inquiries, and performing general office duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Maintain proper entries in our CRM Portal.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain Excel Sheets in the required format.
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing documents.
- Process registrations and payments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries about our services and provide information about our company.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and Excel Sheets.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
