**Responsibilities**:
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Scheduling meetings/interviews
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Managing the administration and supplies of the firm.
- Tracking time sheets of all employees.
- Maintaining various registers and records of the firm
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist of 1 to 2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
**Work Location - Mithakhali, Ahmedabad (No Travelling)**
