**About the Role**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive **Front Desk Receptionist & Administrator** to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role combines traditional front desk and tele-calling responsibilities with a variety of administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Front Desk_
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company and the business.
- Manage the reception area and keep it organized and presentable
- Coordinate visitor access and appointments
- Tele-Calling_
- Make outgoing calls to clients, vendors and leads as required.
- Follow-up calls
- Support customer service activities through timely communication
- Administrative Support_
- Record management
- Manage deliveries and couriers
- General administrative support
- Qualifications_
- At least graduate
- Previous admin experience is a plus
- Telephone etiquette and professional demeanour
- Organizational habits and attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency
- Friendly, positive attitude

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
