Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering to the office.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
- Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and data entry.
- Managing filing system & Recording information as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including mobile instrument, Printer and a computer.
- Should have Maintain Courier facilities outside & Inside.
- Other General Administration duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
