**Responsibilities**:
Full-cycle recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for all open positions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending job offers.

**Employer branding**:
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Enhance the company's online presence on job boards and social media platforms.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events. Talent acquisition:
Proactively identify and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Continuous improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions.
Stay current on relevant HR laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
