**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential clients for web development services.
- Generate leads via online platforms like **Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and Clutch**.
- Assist in writing proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and progress.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate project understanding.
- Attend client meetings (online or in-person) as needed.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Continuously learn about web development technologies and industry language to communicate effectively.
**Required Skills**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of web development services (HTML, CSS, CMS, WordPress, etc.)
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of bidding portals
- Experience in a similar IT or digital agency role
- Awareness of Agile or SDLC concepts
Pay: ₹15,027.73 - ₹30,473.35 per month
