Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Junior Bidder / Business Development Executive who can intelligently identify leads, write compelling proposals using AI, and consistently win projects on freelancing platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Write high-converting proposals using AI (ChatGPT, Jasper)

Bid on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms

Understand client requirements logically and draft tailored responses

Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records

Work with technical teams for scope estimation and delivery

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in bidding or business development

Excellent English writing & communication skills

Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.

Smart use of AI tools for proposal and pitch generation

Logical thinker and results-driven personality
