We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Junior Bidder** or **Bidding Executive** to join our team. As a fresher in the bidding department, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of identifying, evaluating, and responding to business opportunities across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects across online platforms.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and create competitive proposals.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of prospective projects to contribute to the company’s growth.
- Negotiate project terms and ensure alignment with company services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the bidding process and proposal creation.
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft proposals that align with their needs.
- Proven track record in securing projects through online bidding.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
