**Webchefz Infotech Pvt. Ltd.** is a Mohali-based IT company that offers services in web design/development and mobile app development. We are currently looking for new team members to fill the roles of:

- **Position: BDE (Upwork)**:

- **Experience Required: 2-4 Years**:

- **Location: Phase 8B, Mohali Punjab**:

- **Work Arrangements: Work From Office**:

- **Working Hours: Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00PM)**:

- **Work Schedule: 5 days a week**:

- **Salary - Decent hike on last salary**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as BDE in the **technology sector/IT company.**:

- Strong **communication and writing skills.**:

- Familiarity with **online** **bidding processes** for projects.
- Knowledge of platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH**is essential.
- Experience in **generating leads** and turning them into successful **business opportunities.**:

- Experience in **client handling (overseas) and client communication via calls, zoom, chat.**:

- Knowledge of writing **persuasive proposals.**:

- Experience and knowledge of understanding **client needs** and project requirements to provide accurate estimates.
