**Bidder / Business Development Executive (IT company)**

**Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month**

**Monday to Friday**

**Location: Mohali**

A renowned organisation in the IT industry known for providing cutting-edge web and mobile app development services along with comprehensive digital marketing solutions is on the lookout for an enthusiastic **Bidder/Business Development Executive. **You will be responsible for lead generation and client relationship management in the IT sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert leads on platforms like **Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer.**:

- Create and manage company profiles on relevant websites.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies.
- Handle international client calls via Skype.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
- Draft proposals, interact with clients, negotiate, and coordinate with technical teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a similar role within an IT company
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and energetic personality.
- Knowledge of web development and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
