**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven **Lead Generation Expert / BDE** with 4-5 years of proven experience in generating high-quality leads from **Upwork, LinkedIn**, and other digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified leads through **Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelancing/job platforms**.
- Write compelling proposals and tailored pitches to engage prospects on Upwork.
- Manage and optimize Upwork profiles and LinkedIn accounts to increase visibility and conversion.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential clients via LinkedIn messaging.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business offerings with client needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years of experience in **lead generation or business development**, specifically through **Upwork and LinkedIn**.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork's bidding strategies, job filtering, and client engagement.
- Proficient in using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and digital services such as IT, SaaS, Web Development, or Marketing.

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app development, or SaaS solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,681.28 - ₹40,808.76 per month
