**What You'll Do**:

- Bid on platforms like Upwork to generate leads for **Digital Marketing and web designing projects.**:

- Develop proposals, manage communication, and close deals with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
- Research and explore new business opportunities across online platforms.
- Build and maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups for future projects.
- Work During India time zones to align with target clients.
- **Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in business development, bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Strong knowledge of customer service solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Experience crafting persuasive proposals and handling client queries.
- Familiarity with working remotely and managing clients in US time zones.
- Understanding of AI-powered customer support and its benefits.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
