We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in business development and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients on Upwork and other platforms.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads and clients, addressing their needs and providing support as required.
- Assist in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals on Upwork, ensuring they are customized, competitive, and compelling.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare project estimations, timelines, and deliverables.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
