We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BDE) to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of bidding on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PPH. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the field of sales and client acquisition in a tech or digital services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  • Write customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable service offerings.
  • Assist in lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather the right information for client communication.
  • Support senior BDEs in building strategies and preparing presentations or documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-6 months of experience in business development, bidding, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and respond with relevant solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
