**Job Title**: Executive Assistant (Business Coordination) **Location**: Nagpur (On-site) **Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹21,000 per month (based on skills & experience) **Working Days**: 6 days a week **Job Type**: Full-time | Office-based **About the Role** We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented "Executive Assistant (Business Coordination)" to support operations across Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. and its affiliated business initiatives. The role includes organisational coordination, managing schedules, drafting, documentation, conducting tender checks, daily reporting, and general business support. It is a demanding role that requires discipline, confidentiality, and strong coordination capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Print, scan, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems in a structured manner. - Check tenders daily (online portals and internal dashboards) and share updates in a standard format. - Prepare basic reports, tracking sheets, summaries, and simple DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) when required. - Maintain records for agreements, appointments, company documents, and internal communication logs. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and support service providers. - Manage contact databases and maintain communication logs. - Update Bitrix and related software or dashboards (training will be provided). - Track small recurring business expenditures using basic Excel or Google Sheets. - Assist in tasks related to multiple business ventures when assigned. **Required Skills**: - Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail). MS Office is an added advantage. - Strong organisational and coordination skills. - Good drafting skills in English (clear, professional writing required). - Strong people skills and ability to communicate professionally, especially in English. - Ability to structure records, files, and workflows methodically. - Graduation is mandatory (any discipline). - Capable of creating and using templates for letter drafts, follow-ups, reports, and trackers. - Ability to compose and prompt AI tools effectively for drafting, documentation support and even problem solving. **Preferred Experience (Not mandatory, but an advantage)** - Knowledge of Bitrix, Zoho, Odoo, or similar coordination/project management tools. - Experience in documentation, admin support, tender tracking, or business coordination roles. - Awareness of basic business documentation formats such as agreements, summaries, MOM, BRs, and status trackers. **Personal Attributes** - Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct. - Methodical and disciplined in maintaining records and reports. - Can handle multiple assignments and meet timelines consistently. - Discreet and trustworthy while handling office documents. - Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and business systems. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you residing in Nagpur or willing to relocate? - Are you willing to work six days a week from the office? - Have you ever worked on or heard about tools like Bitrix, Zoho, Odoo, or any project coordination software?
