Job Responsibilities
- Maintain an exceptional understanding of Recruitment the online advertising industry
- Establish effective working relationships throughout the organization (with Product, Product Marketing and Product Support teams) to ensure solid communication flow of information and feedback on process, policy and product change
- Should have expertise to get the actual target audience by running the campaign to fill our critical and niche job vacancies on fast pace
- Document all client contacts accurately and in a timely manner using the appropriate systems and communication channels
- Ensure issues are escalated to key stakeholders when needed
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with supervision
- Ability to analyze data, trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
- Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Experience planning and leading initiatives
