As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive professional to support the Director in managing day-to-day business operations and administrative functions.

Job Overview:

The Assistant Executive will play a key role in supporting the Director in planning, coordination, and execution of business activities. The position requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can manage communication, scheduling, documentation, and assist in strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination of business activities.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and projects on behalf of the Director.
  • Draft official letters, emails, and documentation as instructed.
  • Support in reviewing contracts, quotations, and client proposals.
  • Maintain business records, files, and data management systems.
  • Assist in planning business trips, client meetings, and company events.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned to support the Director's office.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (experience in manufacturing or healthcare sector preferred).

Salary:

As per company standards (commensurate with experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
