**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Representative in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships in your assigned territory. Your role involves identifying potential clients, showcasing property options, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Showings**: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting the features and benefits of various properties to potential buyers.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Provide regular reports to management.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up with clients post-sale and addressing any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Prior field sales experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate market trends and local property values

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Salary + Incentive + TA
