**Job Summary**:
Seeking a customer-oriented **L1 IT Helpdesk Support Specialist** with **C1-level German proficiency** to provide first-level technical support across regions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing tickets, and escalating complex problems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot issues related to **Windows, MS Office, VPN, printers, network**:

- Log and track tickets in tools like **ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy**:

- Escalate to L2/L3 when necessary
- Perform **password resets, account unlocks**, and guide users through fixes
- Maintain **SLA adherence** and user satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- **C1 German**, **B2+ English** (verbal & written)
- 1-2 years in IT support or customer service
- Familiar with **Windows/macOS, Office 365, Active Directory**:

- Knowledge of **ticketing systems, remote support tools**:

- ITIL certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
