Customer Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers at the retail showroom, offering solutions based on their needs.
- Assist in order conversions through regular follow-ups with clients and interior designers (no sales targets).
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to explore partnership opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Update and manage client records in the company database.
- Address customer complaints and queries, providing timely solutions.
- Prepare quotations and assist with price negotiations with the help of sales representatives.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
