Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets for international luxury car brands.

Identify and cultivate high-potential customer segments, including high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

Ensure seamless execution of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to promote brand loyalty.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized solutions and services.

Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage feedback professionally to uphold the brand's prestige.

Business Development

Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance business growth in the luxury automotive sector.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Represent the brand at high-profile events, luxury expos, and networking forums.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the international car or luxury automotive sector.

**Skills**:Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.

Familiarity with luxury automotive trends and customer expectations.
