**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Resolve customer issues, queries, or complaints efficiently and with empathy.
Coordinate with internal departments Sales to fulfil customer needs.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Prepare customer service reports and share insights with the team.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree any
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple clients and manage tasks under pressure.
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., Jewellery Industry.].
Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
