As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end customer experience, from post-sales support, fostering loyalty and trust and be the conduit for repeat business among our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with the assigned key clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

2. **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide post-sales support, including product recommendations, quotations, and technical assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

3. **Order Management**:

- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and inventory management, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

4. **Issue Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution.

5. **Customer Feedback and Satisfaction**:

- Solicit feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce/Engineering. MBA in Marketing desirable.
- Overall 5 years of Work experience in which 2-3 years of proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the IT hardware industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Knowledge of IT hardware products and industry trends is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
