**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive
**Location**: Malad West
**Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Gujarati (spoken and written) along with English

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in Gujarati.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and prepare periodic reports.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to address customer queries efficiently.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi (spoken and written); English is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
