**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive institutional visits to the amusement park.
- Identify potential markets and create plans to target schools, colleges, and universities.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the institutional sales team.
2. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with school administrators, teachers, and parent associations to promote field trips.
- Attend educational conferences and events to network and promote the amusement park.
3. Sales Execution:
- Ensure effective communication of offerings and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutions to secure group bookings.
4. Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the education sector.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Use data and insights to adjust strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the progress of institutional sales initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on institutional or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the amusement park industry and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
