
Institutional Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target schools, junior colleges, and coaching institutions for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
- Pitch CA/CMA Foundation and Inter courses to academic partners and decision-makers.
- Develop relationships with principals, academic coordinators, and key stakeholders in educational institutions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote course offerings and benefits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close institutional deals to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and coordination.
- Monitor competitor activities and update the management on market trends.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and generate regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Provide feedback on market needs and assist in developing marketing strategies for institutional sales.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of the CA/CMA course structure and benefits.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Prior experience in promoting CA/CMA/CS/competitive coaching courses is an advantage.
