**Institutional Sales and Marketing Executive - RedRose Mart**
At **RedRose Mart**, we aim to expand our reach by building strong partnerships with institutional clients such as schools, offices, hotels, and other organizations. The **Institutional Sales and Marketing Executive** will play a key role in driving bulk sales and promoting RedRose Mart as the preferred supplier for high-quality, affordable products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Growth**:
- Identify and secure partnerships with institutional clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and bulk pricing offers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiations and relationship-building.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main contact for all client inquiries and support needs.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives for institutional clients.
- Promote RedRose Mart's offerings through presentations, brochures, and events.
- **Market Research**:
- Identify trends and opportunities in the institutional sales market.
- Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
