**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage personal and business travel, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Attend meetings with the Director, taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including correspondence and office management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.

**Additional Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior management and clients.
