**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional **Female Personal Secretary**. This job will require you to be frank and open with the director, as you'll be working closely with him. You will also need to travel with him, sometimes staying in his cabin, and occasionally traveling at night. Additionally, managing meeting schedules will be part of the role. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Professional Tasks**:

- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including venue selection, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Assist with project management, tracking timelines, and deadlines.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

**Personal Tasks**:

- Organize personal events, including family gatherings, travel arrangements, and leisure activities.
- Assist with personal finances, bill payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organize personal files and documents (e.g., medical, financial, legal).
- Handle personal travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Provide general assistance with personal tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day living.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years as a personal secretary or executive assistant.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
