Personal Secretary(Female)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for MD.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support in personal tasks as required by MD.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and communications.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
