**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Founder, managing communication and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Founder.
- Travel coordination (domestic and international) when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Female
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
**Preferred**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of [any specific industry-related skills, if applicable].
- Prior experience in assisting top executives or founders is a plus.
